Frequently Asked Questions

Saints Struggled Too

Faith is complicated. Being human is complicated. Shopping shouldn't be.

Have a question? We've got you. Whether you're wondering about your order, sizing, shipping, or why your favourite saint looks like they've been through three centuries of character development, we're here to help.

1. About Saints Struggled Too

What is Saints Struggled Too?

Saints Struggled Too is a Catholic-inspired lifestyle and apparel brand celebrating the beautifully imperfect side of being human.

We believe faith doesn't mean having everything figured out, holiness isn't the same as perfection, and even the greatest saints had their struggles.

Through our designs, we combine Catholic tradition, humour, and everyday relatability to remind people that God works through imperfect people. Apparently, perfection wasn't a requirement.

What does “Saints Struggled Too” mean?

It means struggling doesn't make you a failure, having questions doesn't make you a bad Catholic, and having a difficult day doesn't mean you've failed God.

The saints weren't perfect people who never struggled. They were human beings who experienced weakness, doubt, fear, mistakes, and transformation. Their stories remind us that our struggles don't have to define our future.

Is Saints Struggled Too a Catholic brand?

Yes! Our brand is rooted in Catholic inspiration, spirituality, and the wonderfully human stories of faith.

We create products for Catholics, people exploring faith, and anyone who appreciates a reminder that faith and being human can coexist.

You don't need to have your entire spiritual life figured out to appreciate what we do.

Who are your products for?

Anyone who loves Catholic culture, meaningful designs, a little humour, and reminders that faith is a journey.

Whether you're a lifelong Catholic, a curious seeker, or simply someone who appreciates a good saint-inspired design, you're welcome here.

2. Products and Sizing

What products do you sell?

We offer apparel and other merchandise featuring original, Catholic-inspired designs. Our collection may include hoodies, T-shirts, hats, and other products.

Available products, colours, sizes, and styles are listed in our Shopify store.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size chart on the individual product page before placing your order. Sizing and fit can vary depending on the garment and product style.

If you're between sizes, compare the measurements with a garment you already own and consider the fit you prefer.

Because our products are made to order, we encourage you to double-check your selections before checkout.

Will my product look exactly like the pictures?

We do our best to represent our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and printed products may have minor variations from digital mockups.

Will you restock sold-out products?

Restocks depend on the product and collection. Some designs may return, while others may be limited releases.

Follow us on social media and check our store for updates on new designs and collections.

3. Orders and Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our Shopify store, choose your favourite product, select your size and colour, and complete checkout.

You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. The options shown depend on the payment methods enabled in our store and your location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our products are made to order, and production may begin shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to make a change, contact us through our website's Contact page as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help if production has not progressed too far.

I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first and confirm that you entered the correct email address at checkout.

If you still can't find your confirmation, contact us through our Contact page with the email address used for your purchase and any available order details.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Where are your products shipped from?

We partner with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment provider, to produce and ship our products.

Depending on the product and your delivery address, your order may be fulfilled at different facilities. The shipping origin can vary by item and destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order generally involves two stages:

Production: Printful prepares and prints your product after you place your order.
Shipping: Once production is complete, your package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, season, and carrier.

Please refer to the estimated delivery information displayed at checkout and any subsequent shipping confirmation emails for the best guidance on your order.

These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances may cause delays.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping to Canada and the United States, subject to product availability and the shipping options displayed at checkout.

Enter your delivery address during checkout to see the available shipping methods and confirm that your selected products can be delivered to your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated or displayed at checkout based on your order, delivery address, and available shipping options.

You'll be able to review the applicable shipping charges before completing your purchase.

Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your delivery destination and order, additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

Any applicable charges and how they are collected depend on the destination, carrier, and checkout arrangements. Please review the information provided at checkout and by your local authorities.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking page to update after your shipping notification is sent.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Production delays, carrier disruptions, holidays, severe weather, and other circumstances can affect delivery times.

Check your tracking information first. If your estimated delivery window has passed or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us through our Contact page so we can investigate.

Will all my items arrive in one package?

Not necessarily. Different products may be fulfilled at different facilities or shipped separately.

If your order contains multiple items and only some have arrived, check your shipping notifications to see whether another package is on its way.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Product Issues

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, selecting the wrong colour, or changing your mind.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, and your selections carefully before placing your order.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a product is defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law, we'll work with you to address the issue appropriately.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry that happened! Please contact us through our website's Contact page with:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the affected product and packaging, if applicable.

We'll review the issue and work with Printful where necessary to determine the appropriate resolution.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the problem.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and photographs of the product and any relevant labels.

We'll investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

What if my package is marked as delivered but I can't find it?

Check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbours, and with the carrier if applicable.

If you still can't locate the package, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and tracking information so we can help determine the next steps.

6. How Our Products Are Made

Are your products handmade?

Our products feature our brand's original designs, but many items are produced using Printful's print-on-demand services rather than being individually handmade by our team.

This approach allows us to offer products without manufacturing large quantities of inventory in advance.

What is print-on-demand?

Print-on-demand means a product is produced after a customer places an order.

Our Shopify store manages the shopping experience, while Printful helps us produce and fulfill the products. This allows us to offer a variety of designs without keeping every product in stock.

Does Printful handle customer service?

Saints Struggled Too is your point of contact for questions about your purchase.

Printful helps us with production and fulfillment, but if you have a question about an order, product, delivery, or return-related issue, please contact us through our website's Contact page.

We'll coordinate with our fulfillment partner when necessary.

7. Faith, Community, and Our Mission

Do I have to be Catholic to wear Saints Struggled Too?

Absolutely not!

Our brand draws inspiration from Catholic faith and tradition, but our message about struggle, growth, compassion, and the imperfect human experience is something anyone can appreciate.

You're welcome here, wherever you are on your journey.

Are you making fun of the saints?

We're celebrating their humanity, not dismissing their holiness.

Our humour is intended to make faith approachable and relatable while respecting the people and traditions that inspire our work.

The saints weren't superheroes who never made mistakes. Their lives remind us that holiness can grow through real human struggles.

Why combine Catholicism with humour?

Because faith is lived by real people, and real people sometimes need to laugh.

We believe humour can open the door to meaningful conversations about faith, mental health, doubt, weakness, and the experience of being human.

Reverence and a sense of humour don't have to be enemies.

How can I stay updated on new collections?

Follow us on social media and check our website for new designs, product launches, and announcements.

We'd love to have you along for the journey.

8. Contact Us

I still have a question. How can I reach you?

We're happy to help!

Please visit the Contact page on our website and send us a message through the contact form.

If your question relates to an existing order, please include your order number so we can assist you more efficiently.

We'll get back to you as soon as reasonably possible.

A final reminder from Saints Struggled Too:

You don't have to be perfect to belong. You don't have to have everything figured out to have faith. And you definitely don't have to earn your humanity.

The saints struggled too. You're in good company.
